How Did We Get Here?

Our Partnerships

Why Use Freedom Fitness Trainers?

 Meet Our Team

Our parent company Dynamic Fitness Management (DFM) was founded in 2006 by Chad Remley. At which time we started grooming trainers and finding out how we could make the biggest impact in their careers. From this point on our main focus has been to provide the best customer service in the industry. In 2019 we rebranded to Freedom Fitness to expand the number of lives we positively impact.

We currently have partnerships with 9 gyms in the greater St. Louis metro area. Our role within these partnerships is to create a caring, intelligent and successful training staff.

See what our gym partners have to say about us:

We have great pride in our in house education program that is offered to our trainers. Our goal is to turn every trainer into a consummate professional. We do this by offering a variety of workshops and in house certifications for our trainers. We ask our trainers to complete our Dynamic Training Certification course. Where they are taught the most effective ways to get clients results, build relationships, stretch and program workouts. We also offer various customer service workshops that further help trainers grow their business. As well as specialty certifications including boxing, Olympic lifting, power lifting, programming, nutrition and more. Lastly, we require our trainers to have a nationally accredited personal training certification or a Degree in Exercise Science.

About Billy:
spent most of my life playing sports. In 2007 I broke both of my legs and hip from racing motocross. While stuck in a wheelchair for several months I became very involved with fitness and working out to rehab myself. I loved fitness so much, coupled with my desire to help others, I decided being a personal trainer was what I wanted my career to be in. Since being certified and starting with Freedom Fitness in 2008 I have had the privilege of changing so many lives. I enjoy motivating others every day to become the best version of themselves.

Why FF:
I enjoy working for Freedom Fitness because of the group of genuine people that are a part of this company. We all love to help people and truly care for our company like it is our own.

NASM CPT, Fight Fit Certified

About Chris:
I've been with FF/DFM for over 7 years. I consider myself lucky to be able to have such a positive impact on people's lives. I couldn't have asked for a better company or group of trainers to help lead. There have been dozens of client success stories that I'm proud to have helped accomplish. I played college baseball at Lewis and Clark, which made me realize how much I enjoy the team/group atmosphere as well with being around fitness. I'm a big sports fan, with the Cardinals and Blues being at the top of that list. I've been happily married for over two years now. I have two dogs that are a handful, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Why FF:
Being able to be around motivated and like minded people, who care about the health and well being of others is something I love most about my job. The trainers, clients, and everyone involved with the company all have the same goal in mind. Create the highest quality product, with great customer service for everyone.

My passion for fitness started at the age of 6 when I started gymnastics. I still use a lot of my acrobatic skills in my workouts and love TRX and body weight exercises mixed with weight training. I try to workout at least 5 times a week because it's important to practice what you preach!

B.S. Exercise Science, Fight Fit Certified, Trainology 1 & 2, Muscle Systems Specialist

About Danielle:
I have been coaching fitness for about 10 years, and a Personal Training Director for a little over 7 years. Aside from the education I already have I am constantly working on other certifications to stay fresh in this ever changing industry. I like to work side by side clients through all the highs and lows that can come with a fitness journey. I like working with clients that have many different types of goals including weight loss, mobility issues, strength, getting lean, etc. From at home workouts, to a fully equipped gym, I believe training isn’t about making someone’s life fit into fitness, but instead about helping fitness fit into someone’s life.

Why FF:
Freedom Fitness has a collaboration of leaders and trainers that collectively have decades of knowledge. There are so many people out there that need our help, but may feel like there is no hope for them. Whatever someone is dealing with, we have most likely seen it and love to help. The community we have here at Freedom Fitness is so welcoming too! We focus on results and service, and you can feel that passion the minute you walk into our facility.

B.S. Business and Psychology. NESTA certified personal trainer.

About Nick:
I have been in the fitness industry for over 13 years. I have stayed with it because I love helping people change their lives to a healthier and happier life style. Being able to give people the ability to get out and fully enjoy life is the greatest feeling ever. In my free time I love to spend time with my family! I also love being outdoors. From hunting, fishing, hiking, to simply doing work in my yard.

Why FF:
Freedom Fitness is a place that allows me to train (and direct) individuals on a very broad spectrum. There is no "one way" to train! Here I get the freedom to implement the style I feel best suited for each client. I also have a support network that allows me to handle any situation thrown at me. It feels good to be a part of a family and not a business!
